Announcement on the Restoration of Services Following the Network Failure at the Data Center’s Asian Nodes

A major network failure at the data center’s Asian nodes previously prevented normal access to and use of the affected services. Following emergency repairs and ongoing investigation by our technical team, the affected services have now resumed normal operation.

Immediately after the incident, we activated our emergency response procedures and devoted every effort to identifying and resolving the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this incident has caused all affected customers.

We will provide appropriate compensation to affected customers based on the actual impact experienced. Details of the compensation plan will be announced separately through our official channels. Please look out for further announcements.

Going forward, we will further strengthen our network monitoring and emergency response measures and continue to improve system stability, making every effort to prevent similar incidents from recurring.
