Current Status

Our technical team activated its emergency response plan immediately and is working to investigate and restore the affected permission services. As of the time of this announcement, most issues have been resolved, and the remaining small number of affected customers are being handled individually.

Scope of Impact

This issue only affects the operational permissions of some customers and does not affect the security of any data. Please rest assured.
