[Notice] Data Adjustment for Forex, Precious Metals and Index Futures
Dear Customers,
Due to new Singapore regulatory requirements, we are making the following adjustments.
1. Affected APIs
GET /depth-tick and WebSocket (22002).
2. Adjustment details
Forex, precious metals, and CFD index futures will provide only one level of depth data (ask and bid prices). Order volume data will no longer be available.
3. Effective date
March 27, 2025 (Thursday).
4. Products and services not affected
Other APIs for forex, precious metals, and index futures remain unchanged. All APIs for U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, A-shares, and cryptocurrencies are unaffected.
5. Next steps
AllTick is actively communicating with the relevant authorities regarding restoration. Updates will be provided as soon as they become available.
